北京瀛和（广州）律师事务所中标广州数据交易所项目

近日，广州数据交易所2024-2025年度生态合作伙伴遴选项目中选结果公告显示，在数据合规（律师事务所）采购项目中，北京瀛和（广州）律师事务所成为中选的供应商币和交易所。

本次项目团队由瀛和数据要素中心主任陈双律师、高级顾问宋婉瑜律师、高级顾问黄迪律师、潘莹、余希涛组成币和交易所。

项目团队将在数据合规、数据资产入表、数据资产登记、数据要素流通和数据治理等领域为广州数据交易所提供支持币和交易所。项目团队将持续为企业提供数据合规咨询、数据合规尽职调查与整改、数据确权、数据资产入表等法律服务。

本次投标工作由陈双律师团队牵头，团队成员由行业头部企业工作十年以上的法务、知名律所资深合伙人、法律博士、数据安全师等多名专业人员组成，均深耕数字化法律服务多年币和交易所。正在或曾经服务的客户包括了政府单位、国央企、诸多互联网综合性及细分领域的头部企业、上市公司等。已为多家大型企业提供数据资产入表、数据合规体系搭建、数据确权合规、数字化转型等服务。此次中标之后，将继续发挥数据要素业务领域核心优势，致力于为广州数据交易所和企业提供专业、高效、优质的法律服务。
